Wed Dec 10 Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere

7pm King’s Theatre, Annapolis Royal. Film, Biopic, PG. Adults $11.95. This film chronicles the making of Bruce Springsteen’s 1982 “Nebraska” album. Recorded on a 4-track recorder in Springsteen’s New Jersey bedroom, the album marked a pivotal time in his life and is considered one of his most enduring works—a raw, haunted acoustic record populated by lost souls searching for a reason to believe.

Thursday Dec 11 Baby It’s Cold Outside

7pm King’s Theatre, Annapolis Royal. Adults $20. The Annapolis Basin Community Band invites you to join them for a fun evening of holiday music! The ABCB is a group of community musicians who meet weekly under the direction of Jolene Buchholz. We will be joined for a guest performance by the recently revived Annapolis West Education Centre Concert Band, who will be making their debut performance. This small, yet mighty group of students began learning their instruments in September under the leadership of Jolene Buchholz.


Friday Dec 12 Static Christmas Parade & Lobster Trap Tree Lighting

6pm Water St. Digby. Tree lighting at 6:45. Fireworks at 7pm. Bring a small buoy in memory. Hot beverages and snacks.


Friday Dec 12 Jenn Grant

7:30pm King’s Theatre, Annapolis Royal. Live Music. Adults $40. Jenn Grant’s music is deeply empathetic and generous of heart, so of course one day she would invite the whole country to make it with her. Champagne Problems, her eighth album and first in the producer’s chair alongside partner Daniel Ledwell, gathers 13 musicians from coast to territory to coast in a series of collaborative Canadian magic tricks spun into classic country, lost disco hits, and ruminative folk fables. Jenn Grant is a multiple ECMA-winner and JUNO-nominated artist.

6pm Saint Bernard Fire Dept. ROUTE Starting at 2294 Grosses Coques following the main road heading towards Riverside Road (Weymouth side), going around riverside road, then going down New Edinburg Road. After finishing New Edinburg Road, we’ll be headed to HWY 340 (Pacin Road), making a right turn down Townshipline Road, looping through Petite Paradis Road and finishing at our hall.

Sunday Dec 14 Andre Rieu’s Merry Christmas 2025

3pm King’s Theatre, Annapolis Royal. Stage to Screen. $16.95 Holiday music. Tuesday Dec 16 Create a Christmas Card

6-7:30pm Weymouth Waterfront Library. Children aged 8 to 12 can create a special pop-up Christmas tree card. All supplies are provided. Space is limited, so register no later than 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13 by contacting the library.

7pm Baptist Church, 2 Mount St, Digby. Free movie “The Christmas Truce,” about the truce during the first Christmas in World War I. Join us in the church hall at 7pm - doors open at 6:30. Admission is free, and bring your own snacks!


Sat Dec 20 Winter Solstice Sound and Light Journey

6pm Digby Fire Dept. $40 Sound Healing Group Therapy Session. Energy Readings, breathwork, crystal bowls, wind gongs and chimes. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow and water.


Sun Dec 21 Clean-up Little Brook Cove

Tue Dec 30 Rental Family

5pm King’s Theatre, Annapolis Royal. Comedy, drama.
