The September print issue is in production, and to avoid cluttering your mailbox with unnecessary duplicates, I'd like to outline the key differences between the weekly update and the print issue.

Back to school! Which means for me that the August calendar has closed, the November one has been started, and the first of the Christmas markets are scheduled!

Please be extra aware and careful on the roads this weekend, it's Wharf Rat Rally in Digby, a long weekend, with Labour Day on Monday, then back to school for many.

Be amazed by the number and variety of activities offered at the local libraries. There are events listed below for kids, adults and seniors, both learning and fun.

Scallop Days Festivities will take over Digby this weekend, celebrating the region's maritime heritage and the beloved scallop. Enjoy various events for all ages, culinary delights and live entertainment. Below is an events listing, so everyone can join in the fun.

Try the Weymouth Tea, this afternoon 2-4pm at St. Joseph's Church Hall. All proceeds this week will go to the Little Library Preservation.
